  • 160+ Languages

With thousands of certified translators and qualified editors, no language is too difficult. Your project manager will oversee the multi-step process necessary for a professional, expert translation. From the more frequent languages, such as: Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Italian, German and Arabic, to the hundreds of languages of lesser diffusion. Legal, medical and accounting terminology experts are waiting to deliver outstanding quality and fast turnaround for your time sensitive documents.

  • Exhibit Experts

Discovery exhibit translation is what we do. From the proper court-approved and preferred formats to subject-matter expert linguists. Our entire system has been designed to facilitate speedy, accurate and complete translations. These translations maintain all the nuances of the original language, medical, financial and legal jargon is conveyed in the U.S. judicial system equivalent. All translations are certified and notarized thus avoiding the need, in most instances, of having one of our experts testify in court as to the accuracy of the translation.

  • Approved Format

United States courts and government entities accept translations in a format different to that accepted in the European Union, South America and that of most other parts of the world. The same applies for audio transcriptions and translations where a Federal two-column format is generally used. Aside from this customary format, your translation is accompanied by a NOTARIZED Certificate of Accuracy that can be filed with the courts. Federal, state and immigration courts regularly admit our translations and transcriptions as part of their proceedings.

  • Translators

Translation is the first step in a proper, certified translation. Industry quality standards, such as the ones established in ISO 17100 require an expert translator be assigned to your document. The project manager assigns a subject-matter (legal, medical, accounting, etc...) expert to your project. This expert has been evaluated by us and/or accredited by an established institution. After the translation is completed, your dedicated project manager then sends the translation to the editor.

  • Editors and proofreaders

Once the first draft of the translation is completed, your project manager sends the document to an expert editor. The editor reads the source and target texts as he/she makes changes to improve accuracy and completeness and maintain the register and nuances of the source language text. The editor is also a subject matter expert that ensures the proper terminology is used in the target language. Native target language speakers are preferred for this stage of the process.

  • Dedicated Project Manager

Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager, who will be you point of contact. You will not notice it, but, in the background, this project manager is overseeing a multi-step process consisting of: translation, editing, proofreading, formatting or DTP (desktop publishing), notarization and shipping. All this with the aid of specialized software that helps maintain communication with linguists and allows you to monitor the status of your project through the client portal.
